Good One opened for business in early 2006 with humble beginnings - only 2 clients!

Since then, Good One has built a reputation for creativity, professionalism and efficiency - combined with innovation, strong working relationships and a 'can do' attitude.

Rachel manages our workflow - start to finish - to ensure accurate communication, a thorough understanding of your needs and an eye for detail and timing. From your information, we begin our own research process (fuelled by genuine interest and great coffee) and present our ideas for your review - this is an open, honest and direct conversation to ensure we are still on the same page.

Development

Working with you, our design team continues to develop and refine the preferred approach, rolling out final artwork, final designs and final proofs for your approval.

Production

To ensure collateral is produced in a manner that matches the quality of the idea and design, we manage your printing and production through our trusted industry partners - delivering on time and on budget.

Jason Tavener Director & Lead Creative

As owner of Good One, Jason's worked in the local design industry in various roles since early 2000 including Senior Design and Studio Manager positions. Setting up Good One in early 2006, Jason oversees the business from the creative and operation point of view, always taking a keen and genuine interest in every project and working as the creative director for all clients.

Rachel Tuckerman Studio Manager

Having a long background in account management and client service in advertising and marketing agencies, Rachel is our main point of contact for all projects, large and small. Her 'can do' attitude and attention to detail ensures that all work that leaves our studio is of the highest quality.

Douglas Thomson Designer & Lead Web Developer

With expert knowledge in the Adobe Business Catalyst web management system, Douglas works closely with our clients through the design and build process offering on-site training and support. Douglas has a great balance of both graphic design and web development. His ability to create stunning designs and then switch to writing code makes him very valuable to the Good One team.

Jacquie Frawley Senior Designer

We welcome back Jacquie who has recently returned from 7 months maternity leave after the birth of her son, the very cute Oliver James. Having worked in design, print, advertising and event management, Jacquie's return to the Good One studio has increased our capacity and broadened our service range.

Samantha Westwood Junior Designer

The new kid on the block! Samantha joins the team after recently graduating honours from La Trobe University and working as a freelance designer and spending time in busy newspaper environments. Welcome aboard Sam!
